Behavior or behaviour is the range of actions and mannerisms made by individuals, organisms, systems, or artificial entities in conjunction with themselves or their environment, which includes the other systems or organisms around as well as the physical environment.

From a memetic perspective, behavior is one of the two information content that a meme uses for replication (David Deutsch, The Beginning of Infinity)

A meme is composed of two parts 1. Information content of the meme (which is reconstructed by other hosts) 2. Information on which actions and behaviors to perform in order to spread the meme (talk, write, act, display, etc.)
